The Piper of Dawn Guides: Alchemy Shop & Endings
The Piper of Dawn guide hub — how the time loop frames the shop, why farming feeds everything, and how faction reputation decides which ending you reach.
Verified for version1.0
The Piper of Dawn hands you an alchemy shop in a city that is not moving forward. It is a management sim first: plant, brew, sell, expand your workforce, and keep the books balanced — all while six factions watch what you do and remember it when the endings arrive.
The loop that pays for everything
Farming feeds crafting, crafting feeds the shop, and the shop funds both your workforce and your standing with the factions. Break the chain anywhere and it shows up as a week you cannot afford — which is why the starter route below puts cash flow before relationships.
Crops are experiments, not rows
With a hundred-plus crops and an alchemy bench between them, the value is in the combinations: what you grow determines what you can brew, and what you can brew determines which orders you can accept. Treat the farm as a research bench with a harvest attached.
Six factions, one ledger
Reputation with the six factions shapes your orders and, eventually, which ending you unlock. You are not expected to please everyone — you are expected to choose deliberately. Pick the one or two whose requests match your economy, and let the rest form opinions about you.
People and endings
The city carries 40-plus NPCs and six central character routes, and the branching endings are the payoff for how you treated them alongside your faction standing. Story progress and shop progress share the same clock, so neither can be rushed independently.
Start here
The starter route covers the first weeks: planting for cash, your first profitable brew, and how to start a faction relationship without overcommitting to it.

FAQ
What kind of game is The Piper of Dawn?
A dark-fantasy management sim. You run an alchemy shop in a city caught in a time loop — planting, crafting, selling, and managing relationships with six factions.
Is it out?
Yes. It released on 22 September 2026 — this is a finished release, not Early Access.
Does it have multiplayer?
No. It is a single-player game, and the story, relationships and endings are built around that.
How much is there to grow and craft?
The store describes a hundred-plus crops, an alchemy crafting system, and a workforce to expand — enough that the economy, not the story, will be your first bottleneck.
Do I need to keep every faction happy?
No — you need to choose deliberately. Reputation with the six factions shapes which orders you get and which ending you reach, so pick the ones that match your economy and accept that the others will judge you for it.
