Steal An Egg Guides: Pets, Speed & No Codes
Steal An Egg guide for Roblox: the steal-hatch-earn loop, Speed and biome gates, group rewards, and why there are no working codes to redeem.
Verified for version1.0
Steal An Egg is a pet-collecting simulator on Roblox from the verified group and Collect Rare Pets. It launched on 25 July 2026 and supports desktop, console, mobile and tablet. The pitch is simple: train Speed, run into a biome, steal an egg, carry it home, and hatch a pet that earns money while you are away.
The core loop
Every session follows the same order. You train on the treadmill to raise Speed, spend earnings on treadmill and base upgrades, then push into biomes whose Speed gates you can now clear. Each biome has eggs guarded by a protector. Grab an egg, escape to your base, and hatch it in your pen. Pets generate passive income, and rarer pets from deeper biomes generate more.
The twist is PvP. Once you have enough Speed, you can raid other players' bases and steal their eggs. The same can happen to you, so a rare egg should not sit unattended. Servers hold up to seven players, which makes repeated rivalries common.
Speed is the real progression bar
Speed is both a movement stat and a content gate. Treadmill upgrades raise the rate at which you train; base upgrades widen what you can hold and earn. Community guides put the Lake biome at roughly 900 Speed and the Desert gate near 10,000 Speed, but treat those numbers as checkpoints rather than a full map: later biomes keep raising the bar.
One easy boost: join the official and Collect Rare Pets group, then claim the one-time 10,000 Speed reward from the free-rewards panel near spawn. It is not a code, and it does not require a code box.
There are no working codes
As of 18 October 2026, Steal An Egg has no code redemption system. There is no Codes button, no code box, and no official code list. Several outlets have checked and reached the same conclusion. Because there is nothing to redeem, no group membership is required for codes; joining the group is only useful for the one-time Speed reward. Many sites that publish "Steal An Egg codes" are repeating codes for a different game with a similar name, such as Steal Animal Egg, or inventing rewards for traffic.
What you can do instead: like and favourite the game, join the group for the Speed reward, watch the in-game index and events, and follow official announcements. If a redemption menu is added later, it will appear in the game itself.
A sensible first session
Train Speed until you can reach the first few biomes, steal the easiest eggs, and hatch whatever you can. Put every early pet into your pen for passive income, then reinvest in the treadmill and base. Do not chase the deepest biome on day one; the protector and the return trip will punish a slow character. Once your income is stable, start raiding other bases for eggs you cannot reach yet.
Start with the treadmill, not the rarest egg.

Which platforms does Steal An Egg support?
The official description lists desktop, console, mobile and tablet. Servers hold up to seven players, and the game does not offer private servers.
How do you get Speed fast?
Upgrade the treadmill and base, train on the treadmill, and claim the one-time 10,000 Speed reward after joining the and Collect Rare Pets group.
