Learn the turn loop first: draw → place into lanes → spin → score from matches → spend limited removals/spins wisely → hit the target or die.
Steps
- Pick your character — the starting deck and playstyle branch from this choice.
- Read the score target before you place anything — every spin must push that number.
- Place Gamblemon and items into lanes so intended elements can line up when you spin.
- Spend spins when the board is set; do not burn removals until a lane is clearly wrong.
- Match elements across lanes to trigger synergies and grow multipliers.
- On the map, prefer shops/upgrades that reinforce one clear element plan over random shiny units.
- At chapter end, expect a boss check — a single strong Gamblemon is not enough without lane partners.
Common mistakes
- Spreading into too many elements before you have economy to support them.
- Spinning with a messy lane layout instead of spending a removal.
- Ignoring shop/map upgrades that add elements or stats to units you already placed around.
